Privacy policy

This site collects as little as it can. It sets no cookies, has no accounts, no forms and no comments, and loads no third-party fonts.

Controller

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by internex GmbH, Lagerstraße 15, 3950 Gmünd, Austria. When you open a page, the server processes your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser's user agent. This is needed to deliver the page and to keep the server secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest). Logs are kept only as long as the host needs them for those purposes.

Analytics

The site counts page views with Umami Cloud (umami.is). Umami sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Your IP address and browser details are used only to derive an anonymous visitor hash and a country, and the IP address itself is not stored (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in knowing which pages are useful). If your browser sends Do Not Track, nothing is counted. See the Umami privacy policy.

Crew builder

The crew builder saves your crew in your browser's local storage so it is still there after a reload. It stays on your device and is never sent to this site or anyone else. The Reset button, or clearing your browser's site data, deletes it.

Fonts

The fonts are served from this site's own server, so your browser makes no request to Google or any other font provider.

External links

Links to stores and creators (such as itch.io, DriveThruRPG and MyMiniFactory) take you to sites with their own privacy policies. Nothing is sent to them until you click a link.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Email the address above to use them. You can also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde), dsb.gv.at.
